To date, we have built and repaired houses for 23,943 families in the Philippines
Since 1988, Habitat for Humanity Philippines has built and repaired more than 20,000 homes for families in need plus thousands of other families displaced by typhoons, fires and landslides. We operate a network of project offices in rural and urban areas and a thriving volunteer program.
We do more than build homes and communities. We have built more than 420 classrooms. We also provide housing relief for families displaced by conflict in the Mindanao region of southern Philippines. Our work is supported by some of the country’s top corporate groups and celebrities.

Our Campaigns
YouthBUILD 2012, Barangay Tanza, Navotas City
On 12th May 2012, YouthBUILD will bring together thousands of young volunteers to build homes, communities and hope across the Asia-Pacific region. Volunteers and supporters will help create a world where everyone has a decent place to live, by building homes and raising awareness and support through their social and digital networks.
This year, YouthBUILD Philippines will see 2,000 volunteers build 200 homes in Barangay Tanza, Navotas City, in Metro Manila. Currently, 1,500 families displaced by Typhoon Pedring are still living in evacuation centers. Hygiene is poor and there are inadequate sanitation facilities. Volunteers will also help with cleaning up the area and building community centers. There will be a special opportunity to meet and assist local children.
