Here is my first recipe which really reminds me of my HOME. SWEETENED PORK Ingredients 1. Pork belly 1 kg. 2. Sweet black sauce 1/2 cup 3. Soy sauce 1/4 cup 4. Fish sauce 1/4 cup 5. Pepper 2 tea spoons 6. Coconut sugar 1 cup 7. Thai red shallot 3/4 cup 8. Olive oil 1/4 cup
