This December, HFH Bangladesh is organizing ‘Friendship Build 2012’ in the village of Doluchara, Srimangal, to help 81 families currently living in unsafe, substandard housing. Over 100 global volunteers will come together to improve the community and living conditions. The goal of Friendship Build 2012 is to build 20 new homes, a rain water catchment system, multipurpose community center, community tube wells, while also developing community roads and drainage systems.
 
We invite you to join hard-working local families and global volunteers to take on the challenge of building 20 homes in just five days.
 
After the build, you might like to visit the country’s famous tea plantations, see rainforest wildlife, enjoy local cuisine, shop at markets; experience Bangladesh in a unique way, combining philanthropy and tourism.
